H.E.R.O. Forest Lake meets at Crossroads Evangelical Covenant Church, 17455 Notre Dame Street, in Forest Lake.  It is located at the intersection of W. Broadway Ave. and Notre Dame St. NE.

From the Intersection of Hwy 35E and 694 Take Highway 35E north to the Forest Lake exit (Cty2 or W. Broadway Ave.) (exit 131). Go west (turn left) on Cty2 (Broadway Ave.) for about 2.6 miles (Cty2 becomes Cty18 in this stretch).  The church is located on the left (south) side of Cty18, where it intersects with Notre Dame Street.
